Lifestyle Coaching with Isaac Levin
My goal in this practice is to help guide you toward a more vibrant and fulfilling life through a holistic approach to lifestyle coaching. I work with individuals who are tapering medications under outside medical supervision, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes that enhance quality of life and increase happiness. I also work with people recovering from substance abuse disorders to help find effective and accessible solutions to the cunning and baffling disease of addiction.
What is my background?
I have over 20 years of experience in providing holistic health services across various settings, including residential mental health treatment. During that time I have successfully helped coach hundreds of people who were working with a prescriber tapering medications, overcoming addiction, and reclaiming their health. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus on positive psychology, which provides a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of human well-being. I am certified as a lifestyle coach with training in both empathic coaching and sober coaching.
Additionally, I have certifications and training as a massage therapist, EMT, holistic chef, and case manager. This unique combination of education, training, and experience has prepared me to help people on their journey to reclaim their health through holistic and natural methods.
What is holistic lifestyle coaching?
At the core of my practice is the belief in the resilience and transformative power of the human spirit. I take a comprehensive approach to coaching, examining every facet of your life—from diet and exercise to social interactions and daily habits. Together, we’ll explore natural ways to address the root causes of symptoms and boost your body’s neurotransmitters—such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins—through practical and impactful strategies. My philosophy is to make incremental changes that, over time, lead to significant improvements. Each plan is tailored to your unique needs, meeting you where you are and guiding you toward your personal wellness goals.

What should I expect?
I ask for a one-month commitment for each of my coaching clients. That’s 4 sessions over Zoom which can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on your needs and preferences. I will check in with you between sessions, usually by text to follow up on goals and assignments and answer questions you have about the program. I will give you ‘homework’ which may include watching videos, reading articles and books, completing worksheets, and following up on your personal goals. We will focus on collaboratively setting goals together with both little g (short-term) and big G (long-term) goals and create an action plan to attain them. My goal for you is to manifest radical and lasting positive changes in your health and well being.
